When you search the NeSubContractors.com directory, you will be provided with an online list of sub-contractors or contractors in your area.

We make neither guarantees nor do we endorse or make remarks and/or comments regarding the skills, reliability or the quality of the job that the contractors may perform for you should you decide to hire them.

NeSubContractors.com does not recommend or endorse the services of any particular contractor. It is entirely up to you to enter into a direct contract or otherwise reach an agreement with a contractor/subcontractor, and we do not guarantee or warrant their performance on the job or the outcome or quality of the services provided. NeSubContractors.com always recommends any and all customers seeking professional trade services perform their due diligence in requesting at least 3 quotes and further request references. This is standard practice and solely your responsibility.

The subcontractors listed with NeSubContractors.com website are not employees or agents of NeSubContractors.com, nor is NeSubContractors.com an agent for any contractors. NeSubContractors.com does not perform, and is not responsible for, any of the services requested by you in your project submission or via your directory search. NeSubContractors.com is strictly an advertising medium.

When you enter into a contract with any contractor or subcontractor, your rights are governed by the terms of that contract and by applicable federal, state, provincial and local and common laws. Should you have a dispute with any contractor or Sub contractor, you must address the dispute with the contractor or the contractor's representatives directly.

BY USING NESUBCONTRACTORS.COM SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO RELEASE NESUBCONTRACTORS.COM (AND OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES AND ANY AGENTS) AND ANY OTHER PERSON, FIRM, PRIVATE CITIZEN OR ENTITY FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES OR CLAIMS (INCLUDING CONSEQUENTIAL AND INCIDENTAL DAMAGES) OF EVERY KIND OR NATURE, SUSPECTED AND UNSUSPECTED, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, AND DISCLOSED OR UNDISCLOSED, IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH YOUR DEALINGS WITH CONTRACTORS OR SUB CONTRACTORS.

2. Testimonial Policy

Homeowners who employ the services of subcontractors or contractors listed in the NeSubContractors.com directory are encouraged to submit reviews or testimonials and ratings of the contractor or subcontractor’s performance. Only those who have hired a subcontractor or contractor can submit a review or testimonial and a rating for that contractor. NeSubContractors.com makes no claim verifying the authenticity or accuracy of any review or testimonial before it is published to its website.

NeSubContractors.com reserves the discretion to remove any or all reviews or testimonials that include distasteful or indecent language. NeSubContractors.com does not guaranty the posting of all or any reviews or testimonials submitted and exclusively reserves the right to post reviews or testimonials solely at NeSubContractors.com discretion. NeSubContractors.com also reserves the right to use reviews or testimonials for it's own advertising purposes.

A copy of your review or testimonial(s) may be sent to the contractor or Subcontractor you have reviewed. If your review or testimonial has been posted, the contractor/Sub contractor has the opportunity to post their response when receiving an unfavorable testimonial.

Homeowners should be careful to only post accurate and true statements about their experience with the contractors or subcontractors chosen, as slander laws are designed to protect people/companies/citizens from testimonial misuse.

A homeowner can post only one review or testimonial per contractor per job, although homeowners can edit their review or testimonial upon further reflection. All changes will be subject to the same review process as new testimonials.
